Membership of the library, including full borrow rights is available to all registered student and staff of the university. Eligibility and document required to become a member:

• RU staff : RU ID card or a confirmation letter from the Dean or Director of the relevant faculty.
• RU students : student ID card or passport or citizen ID card and current tuition fee receipt.
• RU Demonstration School pupils
